JusCloud Concierge is a service of JusTechRun Systems Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through juscloudconcierge.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Request form details: your name, business name, business email, phone number, the service you're interested in, your cloud provider, business size, and the description you write.
• Security signals: to block automated abuse, Cloudflare Turnstile checks each submission and may process your IP address and browser characteristics.
• Payment details: payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. Card details never reach this website or our systems.

Please don't send passwords, access keys or other credentials through the form or by email. We don't need them, and we never request them this way.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, scope and deliver services you ask for, send invoices and service communications, and keep this website secure. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

We rely on service providers to run this website and our business email, including Cloudflare (hosting, security and email delivery) and Stripe (payments). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Client environments

Information we see inside a client's systems during an engagement is governed by the written scope and agreement for that engagement, not by this website policy.

Retention

We keep request details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected].

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above.
